This is a new boutique hotel, opened in October 2016 (almost 2 years). With great exterior and interior designs, Spenza hotel really stands out from the other hotel in Pratunam. They give the feeling of boutique 4-star hotel with a very reasonable pricing. The price of the hotel might be a little high on the weekends. However, it is very worth it to stay. I personally stay here every time I visit Pratunam area.
A little more facts about the hotel, Spenza hotel is run neatly with a great attitude staff and they always have a little way to surprise you in on the holiday occasions.

There are also 2 main colors of the hotel rooms - the grey and the brown depending on the room you get. Both grey and brown room have 1 king size bed and 2 twin beds.
In every room they have installed a large window which is great natural lighting and a practical working table)

The room is new and clean.In-room facilities
1. Electrical Kettle with 2 set of tea and coffee. (In my case, I got 3 because I reserved the room with an extra bed)

6. 2 International sockets! (I really like it.No need to worry about your electrical device adapters)

Spenza hotel is located right in Pratunam market - on the same road with the night market.
Across the hotel there are two 7-11 and family mart. It is very convenient to grab food or stroll around for local food around there.

Moreover, the massage parlor is super close. It shared the same area with the hotel - called Arunda. So, for massage lover!, your exhausting shopping day can be ended here! They open until very late after midnight.
